Co-Founder, CEO
TIM PURDY
Tim has spent over 15 years applying the latest technologies to diverse areas in Defence (Marine & Aerospace), Engineering, and the Arts. He is passionate to bring about impactful organizational change. He has managed several multi-million dollar projects and enjoys client-facing projects where impacts can be practically observed.
Tim leads the vision for the HARN-S team: crafting creative solutions to complex client problems. He is especially eager when those solutions involve elements of artificial intelligence and extended reality (VR, AR, MR).
Tim is an MBA candidate from JMSB, and holds degrees in Engineering (Naval Architecture) and Music (Piano Performance / Theory & Composition).

SRIDHARAN VANKEEPURAM
Sridharan, MBA graduate (JMSB), offers extensive experience in Unity development and extended reality projects, contributing to the company's main service offerings of testing and implementing of new technologies.

Sridharan directs the HARN-S team with operational oversight and strategic planning. He excels in roadmap development, recently holding positions of Lead Unity Developer (Xarpie Labs) and Senior Engineer (Tata Elxsi). He continually demonstrates precision in considering both technical and non-technical aspects.

Sridharan has significant experience with presenting technical solutions internationally and has been awarded for his efforts in several mixed reality projects.
